1. Why cant I sign up?
The most likely reason for having problems when signing up is when entering your personal information incorrectly.
1. Always double check your e-mail address and credit card numbers. THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. Most errors are due to incorrect information .
2. Credit card numbers - run all numbers together without leaving any spaces and be sure to enter your name as it appears on the card.
3. On the back of your credit card (if you have more than 3 digits) use only the last 3 numbers. Be sure to use a 0 in front of the month of expiration: Example - January, 2009 = 01/09.
4. If the subscription is rejected for any reason, exit out of the program and start over to avoid a problem.
5. You will receive a congratulatory email with your login information. Be sure to copy it down correctly.
2. Failed login
This occurs most frequently when the username, your email address, and or your password have been entered incorrectly.
1. Make sure your username, which is your email address, is correct. You may find that you entered it incorrectly when signing up.
2. The username and password are case sensitive. So enter them in exactly as they appear in your login email that you received from FCI.
3. If you receive the following message when logging in.. Your account is on hold for payment issues , there is an issue with your credit card on file. It could be past its expiration date, reported stolen, or many other reasons. Call us so we can remedy the payment issue asap!

3. What does a session error mean?
A session error can occur for many reasons. They are usually caused by missing user side cookies. These are little pieces of information stored on your computer to help identify who you are and the current login session. Try these steps below:
1. Empty your temporary / cache files.
2. Remove your cookies.
3. Close down your browser completely and restart.
4. Log back in to your account.
Make sure that your javascript and cookies settings are turned on.
Also, if you are trying to access this page from a bookmark or favorites, it will not work as sessions are stored for a limited time. Try bookmarking the home page instead.
4. What does a session timeout error mean?
You will receive a session timeout error when you have been inactive on the site for more than 30 minutes. That means, while sitting and listening to commentary as well. Your session timer is reset everytime you click on a new page.
If this occurs, simply log back into your account and continue using the website.
